Who are our Clients?
Familes are welcome at Complete Chiropractic, and children are catered for with books and toys. They enjoy the informal and relaxed atmosphere.
All Ages
No matter what age you are, chiropractic can help you. In our practice we take care of all ages.
We see babies and small children, adults, athletes, those in their middle years, and the elderly. We have patients as young as weeks old to patients in their 80's. Chiropractic is beneficial for all age groups - from young babies to ensure their spines develop correctly, to the worker who wants optimal health, and the older person who wants the best quality of life in retirement.
Children
Many parents understand the importance of regular check ups for their children's teeth, hearing or vision, but forget about their children's spines. In our practice, our parent clients understand how important it is for their children to have a correctly functioning spine and nervous system. It makes sense to take care of small problems before they develop into big ones later in life.
Falls, jolts, even the birthing process itself, can cause vertebral subluxations in a child's spine. It can not only have an adverse effect on a child's health now, but also in the future. Some common warning signs which are often associated with uncorrected subluxations in children include colic, bedwetting, asthma, behavioural and learning disorders and much more.
Athletes
We also take care of athletes. A recent study found that athletes who underwent regular chiropractic care experienced a 10% improvement in their overall performance time and results, compared to athletes who were not under chiropractic care. Just imagine what a difference a 10% improvement in performance in any area of your life could make.
The Elderly
Old age doesn't necessarily mean sick age. Many studies show that it is possible to live a long, full life, remaining physically and mentally healthy for one's entire lifetime. In a study of people aged 75 years and older, it was found that chiropractic users were '...less likely to have been hospitalised, less likely to have used a nursing home, more likely to report a better health status, more likely to exercise vigorously, more likely to be mobile in the community ... less likely to use prescription drugs'. ...
